We will listen to you, discuss your goals, and explore possible solutions to the challenges you face. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During an initial visit, you will work with the counsellor to decide on a plan based on your current needs, and where long-term or specialized therapy is recommended, the counsellor will help you find the appropriate support structures that match your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There is also the option of group counselling, allowing you to discuss, interact, and explore your personal challenges with other members of your student community in an atmosphere of respect, inclusion, and acceptance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"ac2\" class=\"wp-block-group post-block is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"360studies\" style=\"margin-top:0;margin-right:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0\">Accessing Services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To access the support of the Counselling Centre \u2013 AKTO Counselling Centre, you can send an email to <a href=\"mailto:counselling@aktocollege.gr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">counselling@aktocollege.gr<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div id=\"ac3\" class=\"wp-block-group post-block is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"alumni\" style=\"line-height:1.3\">Additional Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Short-term counselling support focuses on immediate, &#8216;here and now&#8217; counselling for students. It does not involve support for psychiatric diagnoses or crisis situations.
